- Concurrently served on the Board of Reliability First Corporation in its initial startup year. Worked with staff to develop goals and objectives.
- Vice President for Operations for ITC and responsible for the transition of Balancing Authority and Transmission Operator functions from Detroit Edison to ITC. This included the installation of a new EMS system in 13 months.
