In addition to conducting NERC Reliability Standard gap analysis, regional mock audits, investigations, etc, UCS also can provide an introduction to the NAESB standards, including a gap analysis of the standards and a review the FERC 890 series of orders related to the NAESB standards.

UCS is also pleased to announce that we have two supporting cooperation agreements in 2009 as follows:

• Corporate Risk Solutions Inc. - Experts in electric utility security helping Client’s meet their “NERC Functional Model” requirements as applicable to the NERC Reliability Standards - Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards (Cyber Security).   “CIP” assistance in gap analyses, assessments, mock audits and partial or full program developments is available.
• UCS is actively working with SAI Global in the development of a Compliance Monitoring Tool Kit that we believe will be the answer to many companies request for a monitoring and reporting tool to assist them in managing their compliance program. Demonstration of the Toolkit capability to a few selected companies is expected to take place in June and July.
